Enjoy a fireplace-centered living room that comfortably seats 8 people. 60″ mounted television with Apple TV, surround sound, and phone-controlled Phillps Hue lighting for a themed ambient lighting atmosphere. An adjoining formal dining room can seat 6 at the table with additional armchair seating for 2. Create your favorite meal on the Jenn-Air gas range while entertaining guests at the 3-seater island counter and enjoying wine stored in the pantry closet beverage refrigerator. The corner eat-in kitchen features bay windows overlooking the greenspace and neighborhood pond, a butler’s pantry, a dining table with barstools, and a 19th-century church pew. The main floor master bedroom has an ensuite walk-in glass shower, soaker tub, pocket door water closet, and double vanity. Right outside the back door is a second outdoor living space that features seating for 4 and a Recteq pellet grill. The second level of the home features 3 bedrooms; a second upstairs master bedroom with an ensuite bathroom, and two additional bedrooms that share a hallway bathroom. All bedrooms include full beds, nightstands, and a freestanding closet. Daily housekeeping is provided with rental. Covered parking for 2 vehicles, with additional driveway parking.
