Large 4,000+ Sq. Ft home, owners’ suite plus guest bedroom on main level. Formal dining room, great room with built ins and fireplace, kitchen and breakfast open to porch. Currently, there are six bedrooms, four full baths with the option to have a seventh bedroom plus additional sleeping in the open loft upstairs. The view from the golf course can be seen from the front porch of the house.
Bedroom #1: First floor king bedroom with ensuite bathroom.
Bedroom #2: First floor office space or can convert to a queen bedroom. This room has access to adjacent full bathroom.
Bedroom #3: Second floor movie room or can convert to a queen/king bedroom. This bedroom shares a bathroom with room #4.
Bedroom #4: Second floor queen bedroom. This bedroom shares a bathroom with room #3.
Bedroom #5: Second floor queen bedroom. This bedroom has a jack and jill bathroom and shares with bedroom #6.
Bedroom #6: Second floor queen bedroom. This bedroom has a jack and jill bathroom and shares with bedroom #5.
Bedroom #7: Second floor bonus room that can convert to a queen or king or two queen beds.
Loft: Open loft that can be used as extra sleeping space.
