Our house is located in the Cottages Section of beautiful River Island. With sidewalks throughout and a wide open park area it is very peaceful and welcoming. In our home we have 5 spacious bedrooms, 4 1/2 baths, hardwood floors throughout 80% of the home, the rest is ceramic tile or upgraded carpeting. Granite countertops are found throughout house in all the bathrooms, laundry room and kitchen. All of the bedrooms are large spacious rooms with walk in closets, and lots of natural light coming in. There is a large, enclosed sunroom area with gas fireplace and tv to enjoy the tournament. We have an in-ground pool and fire pit along with a dining table patio set outback and a gas grill with amazing views of the sunset over the beautiful Georgia Pines. We also have a very long large driveway for parking.
