Along with the outside areas, the open-floor plan kitchen, living room, and breakfast room make entertaining a dream. The downstairs bonus room is the complete man space, equipped with a wet bar, juke box, air hockey table, basketball hoop, and workout equipment. Right off the bonus room is the patio, with a counter height bar, Big Green Egg and Blackstone grills, and 8-person hot tub. The home boasts 5 bedrooms, all of which have their own en-suite / private bathroom. The downstairs bedroom doubles up as a movie room, with the sectional sofa positioned in front of the projection TV. The pool area is complete with loungers and pool umbrellas, and, for families, there’s also a kids’ trampoline and playhouse swingset in the backyard down near the water. The front circular driveway, garage, and drives down both sides of the home, all provide tons of space for parking.
